1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and weekph ("weekph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the weekph online gaming platform, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any weekph service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the weekph Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

weekph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access weekph services, you must create a single registered account. The following conditions apply to your account:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one weekph account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your weekph login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. weekph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify weekph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.
• KYC Verification: weekph may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on weekph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: weekph accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. weekph does not accept credit card deposits for gaming accounts, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically clear within three (3) hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Verification Before Withdrawal: weekph reserves the right to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held pending verification without constituting a breach of these Terms.
• Funds Ownership: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are free from any encumbrance. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• No Cryptocurrency: weekph does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

weekph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all weekph promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited to your weekph account in accordance with the applicable promotion terms. weekph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was credited in error.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• weekph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.
• weekph reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a player's wagering pattern constitutes abuse of a promotional offer.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the weekph Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply:

• weekph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, weekph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. weekph's decision in such matters is final.
• Bets placed after a game round has concluded — whether due to a technical error or otherwise — are void and will not be honored.
• weekph reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that it reasonably believes was placed in error, as a result of a system error, or in breach of these Terms.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing bets. weekph is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the weekph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any criminal enterprise.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of a third party.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing weekph staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the weekph Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of weekph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the weekph Platform without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, weekph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any inaccuracy in game results caused by a technical malfunction, provided that weekph takes reasonable steps to remedy the malfunction and restore affected player balances.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform for purposes other than entertainment.

weekph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your weekph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

weekph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• At weekph's sole discretion, for any reason that weekph deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination for cause, weekph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances in your account. Real-money balances that are not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to you following completion of any outstanding verification requirements and investigation.

You may close your weekph account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to closure.

12. Amendments to These Terms

weekph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to weekph's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent weekph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
